Our client, a Cape Town-based company specialising in a range of premium imported Italian and Spanish food products and beverages, is seeking an experienced Receptionist & Junior Executive PA to provide front-of-house support while assisting the CEO and CFO with high-level executive administration and coordination.
This role requires an individual who is organised, efficient, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering a professional experience to clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
Location: Cape Town (Montague Gardens)
- ESSENTIAL: Grade 12 / Matric
- ESSENTIAL: 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar Receptionist / Junior Exec PA role
- ESSENTIAL: Previous experience supporting senior executives
- ESSENTIAL: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- ESSENTIAL: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ESSENTIAL: Highly organised with strong multitasking ability
- ESSENTIAL: Professional, well-presented, and well-spoken
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Maintaining the reception and front-of-house area
- Coordinating meeting rooms and appointments
- Handling incoming mail and deliveries
- Managing calendars, scheduling, and meetings for the CEO and CFO
- Coordinating meetings, documentation, and executive administration
- Acting as gatekeeper for the CEO and CFO
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Booking flights, accommodation, and travel arrangements when required
- Preparing travel itineraries and managing travel changes
- Providing general administrative and ad hoc support
- Filing, record keeping, and maintaining organised documentation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally
