All employers are required to take their staff through Diversity workshops, which are subsidised by the SETA.
FACTS:
The world has changed and the workplace has become more inclusive over time. However, even though we have made some inroads, the discrepancy between diversity and inclusivity is even more relevant during the current pandemic.

- The stigma of dealing with staff who have had Covid-19 is real.

- Facilitate a 3 hour online coaching conversation workshop with 20 – 25 people.
