Glass half full…or half-empty? Which one defines you?

Our attitudes often determine our paths and destiny.

We all know people who always seem to do well, success and good fortune seem to follow them. Ever ask yourself the reason why?

Ask them what their attitude and outlook on life is.  Research shows that these people have a deep knowing and sense of belief that they are going to succeed and they see the world in a mostly positive light.

So what does positive thinking do for you?  Besides making you more successful, it also shows that positive thinking reduces stress and affects your health optimally.

So… how do we turn our thinking around and stop the negative self talk… the endless stream of thoughts that go through our head?  The first step is to become consciously aware of this and stop the negative thoughts and practice the power of positive self talk.

Be open to humour… this includes being able to laugh at yourself!
